 Dallas ICE Facility Shooting Under Investigation In Dallas, Texas, a sniper attack struck an ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) facility, resulting in at least one fatality and multiple injuries.  The assailant, who reportedly fired from a rooftop into a holding van, died by suicide.  Investigators recovered anti-ICE notes and ammunition at the scene.  Local law enforcement and federal agencies are jointly probing motive and security protocols.
